Metro Atlanta Association of Professionals to Partner with Mitman, Reese, and Associates

Atlanta, August 27th, 2014 — The Metro Atlanta Association of Professionals announced today its new partner, Mitman, Reese, and Associates, an Ameriprise Platinum Financial Services practice. Amerprise, a leading global financial institution, is one of the largest financial planning companies in the U.S.

“MAAP welcomes our new partnership with Mitman, Reese, and Associates, an Ameriprise Platinum Financial Services practice,” MAAP Partnership Director Peter Engelmaier said. “Not only can their practice and expertise help our members, but the confidence yet another Fortune 500 company has in MAAP shows a recognition of the importance of MAAP’s mission. We look forward to this partnership and know that it will help strengthen our LGBTA community. “

Financial Advisor Jeremy P. Reese said the practice joined MAAP to help expand its presence with other LGBT businesses. “Strengthening these relationships will help grow our practice in the LGBT community that we are so proud to be a part of,” he said. Domestic partner planning is among their areas of focus.

MAAP’s mission is to create an inclusive environment for the Metro Atlanta LGBTA+ community that allows for professional development through networking, high-quality events, training,mentoring and education.
